3. Services Provided

Pattayasightseeing.com serves as a booking platform for land and marine travel experiences, private luxury longtail boat charters, yacht charters, island tours, and local excursions in Thailand (including Pattaya, Phuket, Krabi, Bangkok, Koh Samui, and Chiang Mai).

On-the-ground execution may be handled directly or coordinated through licensed local operators, vessel captains, guides, and transportation partners.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms (Stripe Compliant)

Currency: All prices displayed on the Site are in Thai Baht (THB) or United States Dollars (USD) as specified during checkout.

Payment Processing: Payment processing services are provided by Stripe and other authorized third-party payment gateways on behalf of Erawan Yachting LLC.

Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings made via the Site.

Payment Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed upon successful authorization and receipt of the payment or deposit.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Modifications

All cancellation, change, and refund requests are governed by our dedicated Cancellation Policy .

Weather & Safety Cancellations: Marine and outdoor tours are subject to sea, tide, and weather conditions. If a service is canceled by Erawan Yachting LLC or the vessel operator due to severe weather, safety risks, or coast guard restrictions, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

6. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC & TELYNX Compliant)

By providing your mobile telephone number, opting into messaging, or initiating customer support via SMS/WhatsApp, you consent to receive transactional and operational communications from Erawan Yachting LLC / Pattayasightseeing.com.

A. Scope of Messages

Mobile communications include booking confirmations, e-tickets, itineraries, meeting point instructions, weather updates, driver alerts, and direct customer support responses regarding your trip.

Message frequency varies based on your active bookings and support requests (typically 2–6 transactional messages per booking).

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and mobile plan.

D. How to Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message sent from our system. Upon sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

7. Passenger Responsibilities & Safety

Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the vessel captain, tour guides, and crew members at all times.

Passengers are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, mobility issues, or dietary restrictions prior to departure.

Erawan Yachting LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual acting dangerously, under extreme intoxication, or violating safety rules without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erawan Yachting LLC, its managers, members, employees, and local operational partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

We are not responsible for delays, itinerary alterations, or losses caused by force majeure events, natural disasters, weather conditions, traffic, or government marine restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All media, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and website design elements on Pattayasightseeing.com are the exclusive property of Erawan Yachting LLC. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial reuse of Site content without written authorization is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
