Shuttle Boat Service Schedules:
Shuttle boats leave between the pier and Yona Beach Club every 10-15 minutes during slots:
- Morning session check-in: between 09:30 - 12:00 hrs. (Late arrivals after 12:00 cannot board).
- Afternoon session check-in: between 14:00 - 17:00 hrs. (Late arrivals after 17:00 cannot board).

Redemption Instructions:
Please present your electronic voucher on your mobile phone at the Royal Phuket Marina check-in counter to obtain your wristband/boarding pass.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
- This ticket is completely non-refundable after booking.
- You may postpone your date ONE time for free, provided you notify Ticket2Attraction at least 24 hours prior to the original travel date.
- In case of cancellations due to bad weather/sea conditions by the operator, you will be offered a full refund or free reschedule.

Great time
Stunning views, extremely clean facilities, and great music. Strongly recommend the afternoon pass to catch the sunset.
