Lily Elephant Care Camp Phuket is located in Talang, about 20 km. from Phuket Town or 25 km. from Patong Beach. The best way to get there is by using the transfer service, which is included in the package.

Redemption Instructions:
Show your electronic voucher in exchange for a physical ticket or wristband. Valid for one-time use on the specified date, time, and for the number of attendees indicated on the ticket.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
- Ticket can be postponed ONE time without charge and customers must inform Ticket2Attraction at least 24 hours prior to the service date mentioned in the voucher.
- Cancel up to 24 hours in advance with a fee.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or bad weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. In such case, customers can either reschedule or request a full refund.
- For pickups out of zone, an additional fee will be charged (Payment in cash only):
- Adults: 300 THB/person
- Children (ages 4-7): 150 THB/person
- If you travel on your own, please arrive at the camp 15 minutes before the scheduled time for registration and preparation.

Wonderful morning! Tony made our experience great right from the pick up from our accommodation. Best elephant sanctuary experience, hands down. They even suprised my son with a birthday cake and gifts for his 17th birthday. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for the memories ❤️🌴

We visited Lily Elephant Camp Phuket and chose the half-day program, and it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable experiences of our entire trip. The program included walking with the elephant, feeding, bathing in the sea, caring for the elephant, another shower, more feeding, and finally a delicious lunch for us. To say that we were amazed is an understatement, it was a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience that will stay in our hearts forever. From the very first moment, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Special thanks to Sara for her warm hospitality — she is an amazing guide, kind, attentive, and truly passionate about what she does. The level of service was absolutely outstanding. Our elephant girl Po was simply a miracle 🐘 So gentle, sweet, and loving, we already miss her so much. Spending time with her brought us pure joy and unforgettable emotions. This was a truly unique and meaningful experience for our family. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Phuket!
